Fee Policy for the Session 2026-27
This policy has been prepared to provide clarity on the fees payable for various online programs, the timelines for payment, and the different categories of scholarships available. It also outlines the consequences in case of payment default by students.
Registration fee
From time to time, UGC–DEB announces the admission window for online mode. Candidates seeking admission to the Mody University of Science and Technology, Online Learning Program (MU-CODE) must fill out the online application form available on our website: www.onlinemodyuniversity.ac.in, along with a payment of ₹1500 (one-time, non-refundable), applicable for both UG and PG programs.
Additionally:
- An Early Bird Discount of 50% on the registration fee is available for applicants applying within the specified early registration period(For January 2026 Admissions, before 31st December, 2025& For July 2026 Admissions, before 30th June, 2026). As depends on UGC-DEB admission announcement.
- An additional ₹2,000 discount on the I-Year Fee will be offered to candidates who register early bird under the full yearly fee option I and EMI option-II.
- A student can secure Admission by paying Rs 10000 at the time of registration and the amount will be adjusted against the programme fee once the admission is confirmed apply for both UG and PG programme.

Payment Options
Students must select one of the following at the time of admission:
- Full Yearly Payment Option:Full yearly fee must be paid at the time of admission.
- Three-Installment Option (for UG & PG Programs):First installment to be paid at the time of admission.Remaining installments must be paid every 3 months, on or before the 15th day of the due month.
- ₹250 per day will be charged for any installment paid after the due date.

Note: Students must submit supporting documents at the time of registration to avail the scholarship.
General Rule
- In case of fee payment default, MU-CODE reserves the right to block LMS access and restrict the student from appearing in examinations.
- For full payment option, failure to pay the total fee by the due date will result in cancellation of admission and fees will be forfeited.
- For installment option, the name will be deducted in case of consecutive non-payment of two installmentsand paid fees will be forfeited.
- In case of withdrawal, the refund will be processed as per UGC-DEB norms.
