Career Development Cell – Rules & Regulations (MU CODE)

All interested students must register with the Career Development Centre (CDC) through the official online portal onlinemodyuniversity.ac.in . For any virtual or physical placement drive, eligible students must confirm their participation in advance. Failure to attend after giving consent will result in a warning, and repeated absence may lead to disqualification from the next two placement opportunities.

Students are expected to log in punctually for all virtual events or report on time for online drives, dressed formally. Required documents include:

• Updated digital resume
• Passport-size photo (scanned)
• Scanned copies of relevant academic certificates
• MU CODE ID

All placement-related queries should be directed to CDC officials or designated placement coordinators. Direct communication with company representatives is strictly prohibited.

Eligibility Criteria (subject to company requirements):
A. Mass Recruiters (Circuit Branch) – Minimum 60–65% throughout academics, no backlogs.
B. Niche/Specialty Roles – Minimum 65–80% in all academic stages, no backlogs, no gaps between academic phases.
C. Core Sector Companies – Minimum 65–70% in academics, no backlogs, exams cleared in one attempt, limited or no academic gaps.
